Choosing Leaders Who Will Protect Our Children from AI Exploitation in Alabama

As Christians and as parents, we hold certain truths close to our hearts. Chief among them: it is our God-given duty to protect the innocence of children.
With the new AI frontier, our children have become vulnerable in ways we never imagined. In the hands of predators and bullies, AI systems can now generate deeply disturbing content — sexually explicit images, voices, and interactions that exploit the likeness and innocence of real children. The threat remains unchecked as tech companies like Grok turn a blind eye so long as profits rise.
What’s most troubling? Many of our local and state leaders are complicit, cowards silenced by big tech lobbyists.
They had the chance to pass House Bill 347, a common-sense shield for Alabama's children that would have held AI companies accountable for the creation of sexually illicit images on their services.
That is a failure we cannot ignore — and one we will not forget at the ballot box.
Fortunately, there are still some morally upright conservatives in Alabama— people willing to stand up for our children and protect their innocence.
We are proud to support the candidates stepping up to replace those who buried HB 347. These are men who understand that protecting children from AI exploitation is not a fringe issue — it is a foundational one. They have made a commitment to revive this legislation, see it through, and make Alabama a state where no child's innocence is left undefended by the law.
Jared Hudson for Senate

Jared Hudson understands that being a conservative means conserving what matters most — our families, our faith, and the safety of our youngest and most vulnerable. He has pledged to carry the torch that HB 347 lit, and to see it become law.

Jay Mitchell for Alabama AG

Jay Mitchell is the kind of leader Alabama needs right now. His commitment to protecting children from exploitation in all its forms reflects the values of a man of deep conviction. Where others looked away, he chose to fight.
Joe Freeman for Alabama HD-95

Joe Freeman brings the heart of a parent to this race. He knows that no child should ever be a victim of technology designed to harm them — and he is running precisely because the people currently in office failed to act when it mattered most.
These men are not career politicians chasing power. They are fathers, neighbors, and believers who looked at what happened to HB 347 — and said: not good enough. We will defend Alabama’s children from exploitation.
A Compassionate Conservative Revival
This is how we live out – and vote— our Christian values.
Real conservative leadership isn't just about winning elections — it's about doing right by the people who sent you there. The incumbents who buried HB 347 forgot that.
The fight for Alabama's children is not over. With the right people in office, HB 347 will rise again — and this time, it will pass. But that only happens if we show up, speak up, and vote for leaders who will put our children before their own comfort and convenience.
We are standing with other believers like the Christian Coalition of Alabama and Dr. Randy Brinson, who are doing what’s right and speaking out. They’ve mobilized on Christian radio, billboards on our highways, events with parents and churches across the state, and secured more than 10,000 petition signers in support of protecting our children.
We invite you to stand with us. Pray for these candidates. And let Alabama show the rest of the nation what it looks like when people of faith refuse to give up on their kids.
